The journey to culinary perfection began at the New England Culinary Institute, and the guidance of Master Chef Michel LeBorgne, a scholarship awarded, along with a Diplôme Culinaire. Technique grew while working with the Masters in NYC’s Hotel Westbury, Polo Kitchen. Privilege bestowed when chosen to train under the wizardry of Master Chef Daniel Boulud, before working on Maxi-charter yachts in the Caribbean waters. Classically trained in Paris, France, owned a Catering company in Maui,HI, which dealt with Fortune 500 executives, was Restaurant Consultant in the premiere luxury residential community in the North Coast of the Dominican Republic,-Sea Horse Ranch, and had been the Personal Chef for 2 well known women, in Sarasota, FL Bonita Bay & Cashiers, NC all while indulging in a very passionate and seasoned careered craft.

Yet upon taking on some clients with obesity, diabetes, cancer or who are elderly, my focus shifted, and I realized, Very few are offering fresh, healthy, organic sensibly sourced meals for those who are no longer capable of cooking, due to health conditions or have hectic life styles .

My emphasis now is in making a creative + holistic difference for my clients and the community, through a plant based & paleo portfolio of foods.
